NI Enterprise Minister Arlene Foster has welcomed a £25million upgrade to Northern Ireland’s 2G and 3G telecommunications networks.

It seems that Three & Orange are extending their 3G in the North. This will be useful to Three Ireland customers who presently get 3 like Home, but there is no 3 signal in many parts especially most of Tyrone and Fermanagh.

Perhaps this too will put some pricing pressure on Vodafone and O2.
