    Heya Im just wondering has anyone here ever bought off the new look website? I was looking at getting a few things (and possibly returning if they didnt fit) but after seeing a few reviews on it Im gone very sceptical..
    However these people are totally anonymous, and, perhaps naively(:pac:) Id trust what boards users a bit more!
    So has anyone ever had any problems or had to return goods/deal with customer care, and if so how did you find them?

    I've ordered off them a few times and only had one problem.

    The only problem I ever had was some bangles I bought were all scratched and it took weeks before I got a satisfactory response. They asked me to take pics of the scratches which was impossible to do as they didn't show up in photos so I didn't get the refund of around €8.

    I wouldn't let that put me off though.

    I've ordered a few times. Generally very quick delivery, only problem I had was they took about 3 - 4 weeks to refund me for a return once. I did get it though.

    I haven't ordered off them before but was thinking of it. Can you not return in store like you can with Next etc?

    You can return to the shop.

    I always order from there. Even with shipping it still works out cheaper and if something doesn't fit I just return it to the shop.

    Ive ordered so many times off this website, never had to return anything though.
    I always find delivery very quick.
    Also if you have a fat cheese account you can get cash back off your order :D
