    Travellodge, kilmurry lodge and castletroy park, not sure about booking without credit card!

    Try booking.com. You can reserve using a disposable credit card like 3v,o2 money card etc.

    Travel Lodge I'd imagine would let you pay cash.

    You'd have no problem getting a room on the day in any of them I'd imagine.
