Saorview coverage map says Hollywell Hill & Letterkenny transmitters but indicates poor to non-existant terrestrial coverage in the north/northwestern part of the island.

Failing Holywell, try Fanad, if you can get a line of sight?

Also transmitters in Malin, Moville, and Letterkenny.

Depends which one you can get a line of sight on - ie. No hills high enough to block the signal between you and the transmitter.

    Good luck.

I reckon a good Group A aerial for Holywell Hill. Failing that or if you're stuck in that NWern corner shadowed by the hill then you can use the Group A aerial for picking up Malin. But with a little effort (and a willingness to put up with the odd bit of picture breakup) practically all of Inch Island would get Saorview from somewhere or other.
