    I ran Dublin Marathon in Oct.(3.42) and Waterford half in Dec (1.29). I stopped training after the half and only managed 1 week of training before getting injured. I'm just back yeasterday training with a comfortable 5 mile run.

    I was wondering in the 7 weeks of training how much of my fitness would i have lost. I plan on running Kildare in May (13 weeks) but could this be too soon?
