    Hi,
Just looking for best options for getting from Faro airport to Albufiera. Arrive in Faro at 15:35 and flight departs at 9:35am.
Want something that isn't much hassle as I'll be 22wks pregnant. Ideally we would love a drop off and pick up at hotel but dont want to spend a fortune.
Have seen some shuttle buses online - has anybody used these - are they reliable?
    Any suggestions welcome - Thanks

A shuttle bus is your best option, i usually get them for about 26 euro return for 2 people. you just let the shuttle company know what time your flight will be arriving and they will be waiting for you.

I've used Yellow Fish Transfers before and found them to be excellent.

Resorthoppa.ie is coming up at E10.93 per person return at the moment, I have used them a number of times without any problems, they have a policy that you should not wait any longer than 40 mins after your arrival before transfer and my return flight last trip was departing at 9:00 am and we were picked up at hotel in Albuferia at 6:00 am on the dot as scheduled. I have a 10% discount code from Jan 2012 so it may not still work but worth a try anyway it is VISITHOPPA

like joney said resorthoppa is pretty cheap but their 40 mins wait policy isn't always the case (we had to wait over 1 hr 20 mins on two occasions) so if you're 22 weeks pregnant you obviously won't want to be standing around waiting for too long! the time to your accommodation depends on how many people are on the bus and how far away your hotel is. there are other private shuttles which are a bit dearer (think it was about €50 one way from the airport to alvor so albufeira would be cheaper) so they might suit you better on arrival.

I too have heard good reviews about them, thinking of heading to albuferia myself this summer, was wondering what things like the nightllife is like?

Shuttle buses can take for ever going in and out of resorts.

If you're looking for quick and easy I'd recommend http://www.faroairporttransfers.me/

*disclaimer, I go to faro regularly and use them all the time.
