    Anyone got an old 8 speed shifter/ brake lever (shimano/SRAM type)
    Sora unit on old commuter has seized looking for cheap and cheerful replacement.

    I have a right hand 9 speed shimano tiagra shifter knocking around if that's of any use to you?

    Thanks Colm but think a nine speed may open a can of worms with regard to new cassette, +/- chain etc.

    I know its been a while but ist the shifter still available? And is it right handed with a double lever?
