Wrist Pain From Weightlifting

I'm not sure if this is in the most appropriate forum area so feel free to move it.

I train quite a lot but recently I started experiencing a pain in my right wrist. Its almost impossible to actually move my hands while clenched in a fist backward, in the motion of reving a motorbike. And moving it in the opposite direction in the same way hurts like hell too. I can use my hand, but if I try to move in the actions that I said its really sore. I can open and close my fist no problem but when I do I can feel a little bit of pain. The pain feels to be inside the joint just above where the wrist meets the hand. The pain feels like the kind of pain that you would have if you slept on your wrist arse-ways. But today and yesterday (probably because I was stupid enough to go to the gym) it is much more sore, and there is no improvement.

Anybody any idea what is causing this pain? i.e Strain, fracture etc?

Ive posted a picture that I found when googleing wrist pain and it pretty much shows where the pain is.
