Natural diet for bulking up

Hey guys! So I'm just starting back in the gym weighing in around 70kg trying to bulk up for next season, and was hoping to go up somewhere around 10-15 kg in the coming year. I'll be taking whey protein but from what I know this does very little in terms of bulking up.
I wouldn't be against the bulk up supplements, but for the meantime I'd like to get my diet straight. I was just wondering if there was any specific "eat right" diet to help me bulk up! Probably looking at around 3500-4000 calories a day, but I have no clue about the amount of protein, sugar, fats etc I need to take in, and what foods will do it for me.

    Thanks for the help :)

GOMAD + compound lifts = huge.

to be honest if its just kcals youre looking for in a reasonably nutritious form why not try eating plenty of peanut butter? tons of protein and lots of vits too, and very calorific. my bro used to pack up on it when training hard and it seemed to do the trick for him.
