slimming down upc stb

    hi all
    does anyone know if there is a way to delete channels off a upc set top box? or even re-order them so i dont have to scroll through all the stations that i don't have, for example while watching one channel and scrolling along on the 'ok' menu.??

    i 'believe' you could do it on the old illegal boxes that used to be around before they changed encryption types

    i have a upc digital+ box but i dont seem to be able to find any way to do this except usinf the favourites function.

    anyone ??

    Favourites is the only way to do it.

    thanks man, i'm no luddite but i thought there was no harm in asking, its a pity, one of those little annoying things in life. ah well cheap harware in pretty boxes and all that...
