Expanding To Galway - Any Pitfall Advice?

    After seven years in Killarney/Kerry we are now expanding to Galway. We will have two operating branches (Killarney and Galway), with one admin office (Galway).

    It has been fairly well planned over the last nine months and we are now up and running in Galway; however I am looking for any advice on pitfalls when it comes to remotely running a business, which is what will be happening to some extent with Killarney. This will be especially important as we come into our more hectic summer season.
