    Anyone ever go to the IIFT one day boot camp? Theres one on in Galway this friday thinking of going to it

    I attended the one in Cork yesterday with Peter Brown and Nick Leeson and found it very good and informative

    The emphasis was on educating yourself before diving into trading but there was no big sell job to get you to sign up for their courses. Nick Leeson was there to share his story and confirm how things can get out of control very quickly if you fail to follow the trading rules.

    While I would be interested in taking the diploma course I think €1250 for 8 x 2 hour sessions is a bit steep particularly in the current environment.
