I can just about do one of those intervals. Then I need to lie down for about a week and see a physio.

The power level is a bit odd for intervals. I'm guessing that 320W is fairly easy tempo riding for a pro, but 5 minute tempo intervals? Maybe it's some kind of aerobic decoupling test.

Or maybe he's only using one leg.

There is 2 380w ones in the middle there. I think he is about 70 KG and with the cadence so low I guess its a strength workout.

Ah yeah, I see another couple at the end too. Hadn't spotted the low cadence.

Or maybe it's some kind of aerobic coupling test....... something related to this, specifically http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=77019078&postcount=13 , and http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=77019305&postcount=16

Well he can't be that good if he's had to ignore 4 unread Skype messages during that session. :pac:

    Men can't multi-task. Fact.
He was concentrating on the job in hand.

The rest intervals are only 2 minutes. That's hardly long enough, surely?
