If i get banned from driving in ireland can i use an eu licence to drive in ireland

    as the title states can i use an eu driving licence to drive in ireland while im banned im not banned yet but might be soon

    Would you not have to submit your irish license in order to get a European one?

    NO. You are banned from driving in Ireland, whether its an Irish licence or not.

    but a ban is revoking your licence for a certain ammount of time
    so therfore if you get a new licence from the eu could you not use it in ireland

    not if you are an eu citicen from that country but my irish licence is the onne goin t be banned
