Like the tablet things are these a good replacement in terms of calories? Normally I dont ask for nutrional advice because I know whats right for me but I go through a lot of coffee so. I tend to have 1 per cup but sometimes go for 2

There are only 0.2 calories per tablet and they're hella sweet so one's fairly analogous to a spoonful of sugar.

I'd go for PureVia which is available in most shops at the moment and health food stores.
Its made from a plant called Stevia its 100% natural and calorie free and in my opinion probably better then some of the artificial sweeteners on the market!
there is also agave nectar which keeps blood sugar stable but does have calories in it!
and same with fruit sugar which doesn't act like normal sugar but has calories as well tho.
    hope this helps!
