Yes but make sure you include VAT & EXCISE on delivery. Might not be so cheap then

Vat is 23% but what is Excise? Is excise duty only on alchohol and cigs?

Businesses pay DUTY on imports and then charge you VAT on purchase.

If you purchase it ouside the EU you become the importer and are resposible for paying the DUTY + VAT + any charges the delivery company can come up with for handling the paperwork that may arise

    Hence the price difference

Aside from the issues raised above, I think it would overall cheaper to buy this side of the world. What if something goes wrong and you have to return the device?

On top of that their prices don't seem to be any great shakes. I've said it before and I'll say it again, if you want a new phone at a good price take a look around adverts.ie and find one that's still sealed or almost new, it's the best price to quality ratio you'll get

I'm looking for a LG Optimus Pro c660 . Price is 115 euro.

Would i be paying about 23% on top of this price?

Yes plus whatever they want to charge you for the Duty which could be 12-20% again depending on the item. Plus the delivery company will charge you about 15 euro to sort out the importation paperwork
