Are charging handles universal?

    As the title says. Are charging handle universal? I have a receiver there thats in need of one and my friend offered me on its APS. Anyone know if it would be okay in a Madbull body before i get it off him thanks.

    I have a A.P.S. charging handle and it's broken... simple as that (Including the airsoft rifle itself:rolleyes:). The A.P.S. charging handles are made specially for their bolt lock function like the A.P.S. ASR 103 and are different to DBoys, certain G&G models (Non-Blowback), charging handles etc...

    It will probably slide and lock in to the upper receiver but when you go to pull it back it'll just come out.

    Tm and G&P are both different too I beleive.

    Most airsoft rifles, for example, my DBoys M4 CQBR, at the end of a charging handle there is like a 'U-Shape' end where one part of the spring is attatch. The other end of the spring is held in place with a small philip head screw. If you look at the photo below it'll make more sense:
