M&S Fuller for longer meals

    I'm trying to move from traditional sambo for my lunch. Are these actually healtier? I've tried bring din I've made but not really practical.

    Sure you could make them the night before yourself....Some spinich,seeds,prawns,cucumber, sun dried tomatoes etc....Give it a go....you could change the prawns for some chicken,mackeral,tuna.....

    100% agree with mad_m on this one!
    no reason you cant make your own, the reason why it keeps you fuller for longer is that they use wholegrains (which keep blood sugar stable) and lean protein such as chicken, prawns etc. Protein is slow to digest, think of a steak digesting versus a slice of bread, slice of bread will digest far quicker. So if you eat protein at same time it slows down the carbs from bread etc which thus keep you fuller for longer!
    so in summary eat wholegrain carbs with protein to stay full longer!
