I need help figuring out the size of ski boots???

Hi all, I have two pairs of ski boots and have no idea what size they are. I picked them up in a charity shop, they are in great condition but I cant find a size on them. One pair says 260-265 on the bottom and the other pair says 290-295. Can anyone advise? Thanks
