I wonder if they're still in business at all.

I used their promotional code to get an extra €10 cashback on my first ever order with Tesco online, and was careful to follow directions, but the transaction showed up (on 27 Nov.) with 2x €0.50 cashback amounts instead of the €10 promised. I've raised two tickets with them, on 02 Dec and again on 09 Feb, but no reply yet. No other way of contacting the fúckers, either - no email or postal address provided.

And if you try to withdraw your existing cashback balance, you get "Withdrawals temporarily suspended while we update statements."

I just tried to use them again to buy a new PAYG Meteor phone for the kid, but when I click on the link I now get a php error page. Dunno if the problem is at Fatcheese or (more likely) Meteor's end.

Pain in the hole, for the sake of €15... :(

I checked now and do not see Meteor listed for me as an available retailer. Maybe they were on the process to be removed.

See how much cashback you can earn at Meteor:

Please place separate orders if ordering multiple items
€40.00 Cashback when you take out a new Bill Pay contract
Please note: there is no cashback currently available if you are moving from Meteor PAYG to Bill Pay and are required to go in-store
€10.00 Cashback when you take out Mobile Broadband on prepay
Please note: there is no cashback currently available for Mobile Broadband on Bill Pay
€15.00 Cashback on new Pay As You Go purchases
€10.00 Cashback when you take out a new SIM Only contract on Bill Pay
€5.00 Cashback on Pay As You Go upgrades

I just heard from them today and got a refund that was due in september.

i think they're having problems getting paid by the companies themselves
