Quick query; I have two jobs, both are part time. I want to apply for a P21 to get tax back so I'm just wondering if each employer should issue me with a P60? I assume they both should and I send on both to my local tax office?

If you were in employment in both jobs on 31/12/11, both employers should issue you a P60.
Quickest way to get a P21 is to do it online. Request one for 2011 and if you opt for electronic correspondence, a PDF copy is sent to your PAYE Anytime inbox.

Also just to clarify, a P21 is not a method of getting tax back; its a balancing statement of a particular tax year. If you happened to have overpaid tax for whatever reason, requesting a review leading to a P21, should refund you any overpayment of tax automatically.

Yes, two employers as of 31st Dec = two P60s.

I know people that get up to 5 P60s!!
