I wouldn't recommend wikipedia. Amount of propaganda in Wikipedia concerning "Arab Spring" is disgraceful. The name "Arab Spring" itself is propaganda, a gross generalising phrase for many wars. And what about people involved who are not Arab? The Shia, and Christians in Syria are usually not Arab, but rather more related to European-Iranian in bloodline.

Didn't you believe there are a small Sunni Irish army operating in Libya? among other strange statements.

OP, Wikipedia usually offers a decent overview of a situation, there are references and sources at the bottom which can be checked.

If you'd prefer to watch something on the Arab Spring, this is a good video series

Seems to me its the aq related extremists being handed the keys to what were relitively stable countries.

I give it a decade, perhaps less before we hear the drums of war against one or more of these newly "liberated" countries from those peace loving Americans.

Why isnr bahrain getting any attention? don't answer that.. It's a rhethorical question...
