Been a while since I worked as an employee so I am actually not sure how this goes. My contract has 7.5 hour days in it but due to a massive work load there was a lot of overtime.

When they powers that be sent out the OT document it has been spotted that they refer to the working day as 8 hours. Not a massive amount of time in the scheme of things but now there is the fear that they will bump our hour up to 8 a day.

It is most likely a typo from another office that works different hours elsewhere in the world but can they change it.

This page indicates that they can't change the terms of the contract without agreement from both parties.
