My partner and i have a business and as the business is just keeping itself afloat, we are not taking wages out of it. To keep my partners stamps up to date we were saying that he was getting paid 50 a week and paying the tax on that. Last year he took up part time work and i am wondering should we still keep him on the books for wages in the business for example for insurance reasons if an accident happened- we have public liability and we would have proof that he was an employee?
