Stayed in the same hotel as a few players parents over in Paris 2 years ago and I dont think they even got to see their sons after the game so I would think with the late start it would just be a pint and grub back in team hotel after
More chance of meeting a few of them at a training session this time around I would think

You could try the IRFU's media desk for any planned arrangements in paris but the amount of time you'd get a chance to meet the team is going to be minimal. They don't exactly be moping around the bar having pints in the evenings, there are training sessions during the week along with PR/media interviews with players, coaching and tactical meetings and physio sessions to work in as well. Remember as well, the match itself isn't finished until 11PM local time; by the time they are warmed down, showered and the like they will be doing well to be out of the stadium by midnight.

as above contact IRFU media office , they will give give details for whats allowed - I did it when All Blacks were in down , that was tough going , but eventually got what I wanted.
