We are changing from 35 year old oil system to gas.

I understand the reason for upgrading the gunmetal piping but is there much argument in favour of replacing the existing radiators?

if they are 35 years old aswell it may well be an idea, depending on how the system was looked after i.e if it was treated over the years.if the pipework is gunbarrell then chances are there is a lot of sludge/iron oxide build up.ur budget may also play a part! maybe powerflushing system would be an option?
