I would say black or nude tights, with patent heels.

    Black tights with black heels

Skin colour tights with black or nude heels.

Skin colour tights with red heels even, but the red might be OTT though.

    Lovely dress OP.

Don't know what your hair is like, but for evening I would add a pair of drop earrings in red/black to match with whatever colour heels you choose. This will tie the outfit together and make it seem more formal. Then add a clutch bag in a complimentary colour (not same as earrings/shoes). Enjoy your evening!

I'd include a chunky bangle and a cocktail ring too. Loads of accessories like this in Penneys, Topshop and River Island.

Aye for jewellery/bags OP I'd head into Penneys or Dunnes, Penneys have lovely jewellery for little or nothing, they have a few nice bags too, Dunnes have nice stuff too, but are a bit more expensive.

eBay is good too, but you have to pay postage which pushes up the price of the item.
