    Hi all,

Just wondering what mbps Sky Sports HD is running at because football looks better (to me anyway!) on Sky HD compared to BBC HD. Cheers for any replies.

Sky Sports HD usually broadcasts at around 2678KB/s which is a higher bit rate than BBC HD

I find with the bitrate viewer app on the Vu that SS1&2 run at around 12000 and normal HD is around 8000. Normal SD runs between 1800 to 4000 depending on channel quality. The app says these are K/bits but don't know myself.
