    Well folks,

    Just wondering what laws or provisions would cover the following issues. Gender, race or creed are not issues, just old fashioned favoritism.

    If two people are employed on the same terms and conditions and through connections employee A tries to engineer a policy where employee B does all the unfavorable tasks, what legislation would protect a employee B.

    Probably comes under bullying - always giving someone the crap jobs.

    Speak to Citizens Information and join a union! The second one is just my personal experience many will disagree. The first one are great for this kind of thing.
