hi.

i am currently looking for either a forwards coach or backs coach who is looking to finish the season. the team is a under 17 div 1 team who just finished 2nd in the leinster league. the applying coach will have at least 2-3 years experience in junior development.

this is a voluntary job.

Would that be the same declan that led leinster 2 two heineken cups, and if im not wrong this is still his first season in the job, maybe im wrong but i think he needs a bit more time, and it wasnt declan who cost ireland the game, if i can recall a certian player conceded a penalty in the last minute of the game. Unless i was watching a different game declan wasnt even on the pitch.
What is needed and i think has been brought up in a previous post, is more focus on the youths of rugby and stop relying on the private collages to provide a ireland squad, the amount of potential out there is phenominal, once you have a proper stream of youths going into your junior and second team international squads, then ireland will become a force to be reckoned with.
And this has already begun in both leinster and munster with development teams being brought in and lads from all over playing at higher level rugby, but this will take time, something it seems the irish rugby public arent prepared for.
I ask you this, how is it possible that in all of ireland there are only 2? Reputable kickers or flyhalfs for ireland? One almost retired and the other only really going to peak in another season or two? What if saxton gets injured? And ronan stops playing. Who will fill their slots then?

Any ways Im still in search of a junior coach to help me out.

Yes i have recieved some help but alas due to personal first team and personal engagements, it has been very on and off.
Looking for some one to discuss tactics game plans as well as plan training sessions with.

Ahh yes, so i see, my apologies if any took offence to my inaccuracies, not intended.
So we swap leinster for munster and add on 2 years to his reign. ðŸ˜

Still on the look out for a juniors coach, ill even take declan if he is available 😉
