Hi The last few days as i start my 09 Renault trafic van i get all the lights on the dash coming on and a beeping sound and the speedo and revs counter rising in stages,it doesn't happen every time i start the van just intermittently .I will attach picture to explain better.Any info on whats going on would be much…

looks like the cluster is doing a self-test which would usually occur on initial power up so seeing as its intermittent it could be worth checking your supply feeds and earth points.
