Avensis warning light

    Lads

    Engine warning light came on today as I was driving home.I prob drove 30 miles with the light on and there was no noticeable difference in driving.
    I have AA cover but is this something they could fix or should I bring it straight to a garage in the morning

    You haven't broken down so I don't see how the AA would get involved.

    1st port of call is your mechanic to run a diagnostics and see what has caused the light.

    The reason I suggested AA is I've home start.Would they not call out and find the reason for the warning light

    I'm not sure how happy they would be at being called out to your house when your car is functioning perfectly.

    Home start is for flat batteries etc.
