Would you rather be paralysed from the neck down or have no arms and legs?
I'd pick amputee myself cos you could still scoot around a bit.

    Which one? 6 votes

I'd rather be dead than either of those two

It takes a sick mind to come up with a post like this

Amputees have a better chance of living longer.

Quadriplegics eventually suffer from multiple organ failure, they would actually benefit from a head transplant, they could do this now but there is a reluctance to to it. Why I don't know.

Amputee for me, I guess you would have a better quality of life than Quadriplegic... Rough choice to much in fairness OP!

Imagine winning the Euro Millions lottery (as of today it's over €46,000,000), you collect your winnings, and afterwards you are involved in an accident which leaves you paralysed for life from the neck down.

Quadruple Amputee to get a job as a human cannonball.

I picked none of the above, strangely!

Have you seen the bionic legs they have now? I don't see how you could possibly choose quadriplegic. If you made it paraplegic vs. quad amputee it might be a closer call.

As long as I could get a horn I'd be happy enough.
