    Am just ona diet and I know Marshmallows are low in Fat but is there sucha thing a veggie friendly marshmallows?:rolleyes:

    Definitely there are vegan marshmallows but you may need to buy them online from America. http://www.sweetandsara.com/ are very good!

    Or from a UK Veggie store. They can be quite expensive, with shipping, but worth the treat I've found :)
