Anybody have any advice on stretching hamstrings and glutes?

seems mine are very tight due possibly to posterior pelvic tilt, How frequent would i stretch and is it okay to stretch cold or would i do some light warming up first?

Is stretching the only way to increase flexibility for these parts?

In addition to stretching and whatever else people suggest here I would recommend a foam roller.

I use it before and after I exercise and I find it really helps overall flexibility and recovery. Specifically for legs!

always always warm up beforehand, and stretch as often as possible. Do it say for example every evening at 8pm while watching telly for 5 or 10 minutes doesnt have to be a big long involved process.
Also look up psoas stretch, its the other side of the coin in terms of fixing pelvic tilt

you need to start some foam rolling and soft tissue work
    look it up

long static stretching - 30 secs
look them up, plenty of info available online
and mobility exercises for the hips, hamstrings and glutes

its best to do it as part of a flexibility routine for the whole body
try do it everyday. if not, split it up - upper body one day, lower body next day.

    Mobilise joints. Stretch muscles.
