2 weeks to bikini time

In 2 weeks time I'll be wearing a bikini on holiday, something I haven't done in years. Am a bit nervous about showing so much flesh to be honest! Just looking for a few tips on what I should avoid/ consume for the next 2 weeks to maximise my chances of not looking rubbish.

I'm not trying to lose weight (I'm a size 10) but rather just any tips on how to avoid bloating. Any extra weight always goes to my stomach so am nervous about exposing that part of myself.

I'm guessing if I go sugar-free, wheat-free and alochol free for the next 2 weeks it might help? Any other ideas?

Drink a LOT of water. It will rid your body of wastes. Replace coffee, alcohol and soda drinks with water. It is a great anti-oxidant ... And so is tea!!!
Have fruits for lunch and f

    Current diet as follows:

Breakfast - Apple and water. I live in a hot country (India) and it's hard to eat in the mornings.

Lunch - Veg & noodle soup and a bowl of spiced lentils. Once a week I'll have rice and curry.

Dinner - Omellete/ leftover lentils with extra veg, veg curry (either tomato based or coconut milk based). If I'm not very hungry I'll just have some garlicky mushrooms or a bowl of steamed veg with some butter.

In terms of snacks I'd have a handful of salted peanuts, a few cups of tea (no sugar) and the occasional biscuit (which obviously will stop now).

It's hard to get meat where I live unless I eat out hence the lack of meat in my diet. It's also hard to get cheese so I eat lots of lentils for protein. Anything I should be changing?

I walk 3km to work every morning but that's about it for exercise. My morning walks will stop in mid-March until June when the weather will get too hot (40 - 50 degrees) so a bit concerned about becoming completely sedentary.

I had been doing some yoga but gave it up - might start this again. Have my own apartment so could be doing indoor resistance work as well. Any tips for how to get started or how to make a plan I could stick to? I work 9 - 5 every day but have evenings and weekends free.

Very clean looking diet, maybe cut down on the noodles a little bit. Rice too if you eat some of that.

If there is an elevator in work, stop using it and start using the stairs.

You could try and do a long walk every evening, just to expend some extra energy. Maybe some push ups at home?

I can't see anything wrong with the diet, as you said yourself you know to avoid wheat and alcohol for the next two weeks so thats some of the biggest culprits avoided! The only thing I could add is to do some exercise over the next two weeks if you're not already doing some. Other then that just make sure you enjoy your holidays! :)
