A few months back I was throwing out of a pub/club because I was caught drinking a nagin in the toilets ( Silly and a schoolboy error I know ). Thing is I used to work in the establishment but me and the manager never really got on.

A new club opened in town a while back run by the same owners of the establishment I got thrown out of and I heard the same manager works there. Its my mates birthday tonight and all my mates are going there. Should I try and get it or just stay at home?:(

Not really a legal discussion. Right of admission applies and it's really the discretion of the owner/operator that applies here.
