Hi I came down this morning and tried to turn on my heating my boiler was showing a 01 error code think that means no gas or no ignition I then tried to turn on my gas fireplace and it seems to have no gas supply either.I called bord gais who said there is no problem in the area so Im wondering could it be a frozen pipe outside after all the frost last night? The boiler is a vokera mynute.Bord gais said all they could do is send out a service person but my landlady needs to call them as she is liable so I want to rule out frozen pipes if I can before I have to trouble her over the weekend any help would be much appreciated Thanks

Inside the Gas Box at the front of the property is a Regulator which controls the flow of Gas. It may have just tripped. if you open the Box you will see the little lever, I think it's on the top right and it has a Green handle. Turn it and see what happens. This happened to me a few times over the years.

That little lever is a safety device, if it trips get it checked by a RGI before reastablishing the gas, if it happens again have it replaced.

If this device triggers due to a gas leak and the gas is reastablished without testing then the outcome could be messy.
