Follow up on interview

I was told I would hear this week about the outcome of an interview I did. There has been no contact and there is only 2 hours left in the working week. Should I follow up now, or Monday? And is this a bad sign? :(

It's not a bad sign realy
Sometimes people get selected but a senior manager has to sign off on the job
Could be that, could be any number of reason, delays are very usual.

I would call but I don't think you're going to get a definite answer at all.
But at least you won't be stressing over the weekend
