    I'm heading out, I believe the hill on the run is a not-pleasant-thing.

    My first duathlon in 4 years! (Just did the maths there, shocking :eek:)

    How did you find it Hardcopy? did the hill live up to your expectations? i'm doing the 2nd one in the series!
