Anker 1900mAh Battery

    Hi all

I recently purchases the Anker 1900mAh Battery and heard I'd have to fully charge and discharge it five times before I'd notice any difference.

Well I installed Battery Monitor Widget and at all times it said the max mAh was 1650. Even after doing five full charges and discharges.

Then I went into calibration and Update mAh and changed it to 1900.

Is that all I have to do?
Could I set that value to higher and then just watch my battery blow up if I charge it to too high a value?

I saw one guy on the Amazon review saying he got 2006 mAh so I assumed from that review that it isn't some value that you specify (http://www.amazon.co.uk/review/R1A9JBQ9SI5CCK/ref=cm_cr_pr_cmt?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B00567Y7A6&nodeID=&tag=&linkCode=#wasThisHelpful)

    Anyone any ideas?

    thanks
    m

I just installed that widget on my S2 and my anker is showing as 1650 too, i wouldn't stress too much about it. I easily get an extra 25-30% extra compared to the normal battery and i never done anything other than put it in the phone/mains charger
