Hi,
I am struggling to find a ddiet for alkaline foods. I have to cut out all sugar and animal fat on the advice of my consultant. He said the obvious things are all junk food, but meat and some fruits need to go too.

I am supposed to see a nutritionist but as I have already had to pay €120 to see him(and waiting on an endoscope next monday) I was just trying to find out as much on line as I could first.

The information I did find tended to contradict itself a bit.

Any help appreciated. Barretts Disease is what he thinks I have and is testing me for, just in case anyone knows of that either.
