Can someone tell me how many calories am I consuming with the following.

Breakfast: 1 bowl of muesli with sliced banana and milk. 2 slices of toast. 1 tea.

Brunch: 2 ham sandwiches, 1 youghart, 1 Apple, 1 Orange, 1 bottle of water.

Dinner. 1 hake fish. Beans and 3 medium sized potatoes. 1 glass water.

Evening. 1 packet of melba toast covered with light scraping of Philadelphia cheese. 2 Jacobs crackers with light scraping or butter.

Not a great diet I know.

I am training hard 5days a week trying to get down to 12 stone. Gyming hard and doing a lot of running. I'm 6foot 2 and I am 12 and a half stone at the moment. I am 25 years old. I was 15 and a half stone 2 years who but working hard to get my ideal weight of 12 stone which I was 5years ago. Off alcohol and fat foods.

    Thanks

No, because we have no idea what size your portions are. A bowl of museli could be anything from 100 to 400 calories, and that's before you add the milk.

Same with ham sandwiches. Depending on how thick the bread is, and how much butter or ham you use, it could be 300 or 700 cals.

Open a free account with www.fitday.com or some other calorie counting website and put your food in. You should spend a day weighing your food before you do, or you are just wasting your time.

the website MyDaily Plate is what I use, there is myfitnesspal but I don't personally like it.
Have fun learning about nutrition don't get too hung up on numbers, I learned a lot about the nutritional value of the food I was eating by logging.
