Making A Ucaller

    Hi long time boards reader but first time poster

    I'm just wondering has anyone tried to make their own ucaller using a mp3 player and a set of cheap speaker that run on batteries . have been thinking of doing it for a while but haven't got round to it .I have given a link below that has a few mp3's for vermin calling haven't used them so can't comment are they any good . Also if any one has a better site i'm all ears .Id be interested what fellow hunters think of the idea or should i just scrap together a few pound and buy a ucaller

    I used this for a while:

    just load the MP3 onto your i-Pod and then use the dock. Speaker quality is excellent and you get to use it for music when you aren't hunting

    I have a separate folder on my phone with calls in it. my phones fairly loud so the calls can be heard a fair distance away but if i want it louder cheap battery powered speakers connect into the headphone slot on the phone.

    Its less to be carrying around, although i rarely bring my phone lamping these days so a cheap mp3 wouldnt be too bad to lose.

    If you check out varmint al's website, he made one and he has some calls you can download for free
