Does anyone else have this problem?

For the 3rd time, all the series I have set up to record have been deleted!!:mad:

All my past recordings are there but any future ones due to record are gone!

But here is another weird thing. Any future recordings that I set up manually are still there. Also once off future recordings, like a film, are still there!

I've rung UPC on 2 occasions and each time, they boost the signal down to the box and things are okay for a while until it goes again in about 6 months!

When I ask them if others have reported this, they say No.
