I find crushed ice over me normally does the trick.

With my bros, usually we just go pump iron and down vodka. Shiit's chill.

Much like Teddy. Can't beat a good book. Comfy clothes, comfortable seat, obvious stuff like that. If you can't have a drop of wine or something with a film then maybe cook something you like to treat yourself.
If all else fails go to bed and pan out.

Ah yeah, nothing like voluntarily indulging oneself in a debilitating anxiety based mental illness to chill out.

A 3D movie and a few- by few I mean many - beers. God, to think I ever thought I was jumping the gun by buying that 3D screen.

One of the best purchases I've ever made.

    A beach walk
    A film or doco
An art book and some life painting
A Classic book while listening to some Wagner
A bit of porno while I am pulling the stomach out of myself.

Watching reruns of Friends, going shopping for stuff I don't need, going for a swim, painting my nails, sitting in a coffee shop for ages with a cup of tea and a magazine, visiting friends, going to the cinema, sitting in my parents' house on a Sunday reading dozens of newspapers whilst sitting on the couch.

Unfortunately I barely have time to do any of these things anymore :(

I turn off the mobile, plug out the landline, pull the curtains and lock the doors. I then have drinks and listen to my music and drift away into another world.

I have a big collection of books on topics that interest me, that I don't allow others to touch, lest they suck the knowledge from them. I'll make a coffee and pick a book to read. But I think browsing the books on the shelf above and around the desk is the most relaxing part.

The rest of my day is spent being super cool.

I play Gears of War 3. Nothing more relaxing than cutting someone in half with a chainsaw mounted on a chainsaw on the xbox.

Tea and a good smell of a few old books. Sonetimes that doesnt work and i gave to make sure all the cups have their handles facing outwards in the press, make sure that the biscuit tin is halfway along the coffee table, all the switches are turned off on the plugs, that the order of drinks on the fridge door is milk, juice, next milk and next juice, and when I'm really stressed I rearrange the house.
