    Hi all,

I've downloaded the latest channel listing files from tvtrade.ie but when I do a terrestrial scan, the box is picking up ten additional test channels from Kippure and deleting the first ten satellite channels (ie. the ones I'd want to watch the most!).

Does anybody have current channel listing files for the TriaxST- HD537 with terrestrial channels from Kippure please??

    TIA

    E.

instead of doing a complete scan of Kippure - do a scan of channel 54 manually - this will JUST gove you the real stations and wont over write anything

    Did that work for you?
I had a similar issue, but a scan specifically of 53 and 54 (i'm in Drogheda) showed no services found.
I had to terrestrial retune, then delete the crap and renumber the FTA sat channels to bring the EPG back to a workable state.

In order to solve this issue you need to know the frequency channel your receiving saorview from -

    http://www.mpeg4ireland.com/dtt-muxes

In order not to pick up the test channels and have them overwrite anything, you should manually scan the First MUX Only from this list - example

    Three Rock Dublin CH54

But in order for this solution to work you need to know which transmitter your receiving from.

I havent had this box for ages but as i recall you are definitely able to manually scan a frequency channel - a full scan will include the test channels and then your back to square one

Scanned channel 54 (Kippure) on Saturday which picked up all of the required channels.

    Thanks for the help!
