Never heard of 22.5mm neck, sure it's not a 23mm neck you are looking for?

    There's a wide range of LNBs available with a 23mm neck/feedhorn.
Are you trying to achieve tight spacing?
And needing a superslim LNB like this
Or are you just restricted to a 23mm holder where something like this will do the job?

If its for tight spacing or an offset and your using the 1st suggestion, Be aware that whilst in dry weather its a great performer...
In rain/damp its an absolute piece of crap unless pointed at a strong bird and liberally coated with rainex!
Speaking from experience as i use 2 in my current setup.
As for the 2nd type I've not used them, but know they're available and presumably with the bigger feedhorn cap they may have better performance in poor weather.

If you have a spare single LNB try opening the plastic case. Inside is usually a smaller neck size. the normal 40mm LNB case just have plastic clips.

I just cracked open a faulty one and the metal inside is 23mm! Leave on the front clear/white rain cover. Just remove the other plastic with a screwdriver etc.

The insides are waterproof if you leave the front cover on.

    I can't post a photo. Sorry.
