PMAGs not feeding in Masada??

I have a number of the original design PMAGs which feed perfectly in all my AEGs. I recently borrowed a friend's Magpul PTS Masada but to my surprise the original design PMAGs would not feed BBs consistently, it would not feed around every 3rd shot. So I used his PMAG M Version on the day and they all fed perfectly.

I was mainly using Excel 0.23g BBs but I don't see them as being the issue as I had similar issues with G&G 0.25g & Gold Fire 0.2g in more limited testing. The only non-stock items in the Masada are a TBB & Guarder Clear hop rubber, the gearbox & hop unit are untouched.

So why don't the original design Magpul PTS PMAGs feed properly in the Magpul PTS Masada??

when the PMAGS are in the magwell do they wobble? if so they're just not sitting in the magwell properly, if they don't wobble, try filling the mag but leaving 10BB's from it's max capacity (if they're mids) otherwise it could be the spring again ifthey're mids) it could be worn. if it's not that then it's just a compatibility issue, don't forget that in airsoft unlike the real world, guns usually are used along with the mags that are made by the same manufacterer, like the colt m4 using colt mags made especially for that rifle whereas in airsoft you've got lots of companies making mags fr all different AEG's. the A&K masade doesn't take magpul pmags as they just don't sit in the mag well properly

These are genuine Magpul PTS PMAGs, not the cheap clones, and it's a Magpul PTS Masada, not the A&K piece of sh!t, so there's no excuse for them not to feed.

They definitely don't wobble in the magwell, if anything they are a snug fit and occasionally need a tap to fully engage the mag catch. My PMAGs feed flawlessly in other AEGs but not in the very gun they were designed to work with, that's why I'm so surprised they don't and was looking for feedback from others who have had the same experience.

I have used my original pmags in the pts Masada with no issues at all, I'd admit it's little or no use to your question but your problem is a strange one.

Fairly ironic that you call the A&K a piece of sh!t when your genuine magpul pts masada dont work.

First of all it's not my Masada, it belongs to a mate, I only borrowed it for a day to see what it was like. Secondly, I don't think my PMAGs would work in the A&K as that uses A&K-specific PMAGs. Third, in terms of build quality the A&K Masada is a bucket of sh!t compared to the PTS version, I don't know anyone who would question that statement once they have had an opportunity to inspect both. I'm not saying the PTS Masada is perfect, far from it - the ridiculous price & the microswitch trigger that prevents you from installing a MOSFET come to mind - but it is better built than the A&K offering

Was just messing with ya fella, a buddy of mine has an A&K and to be honest it aint too bad for whta your paying, granted pmags dont fit but mag compatibility effects most aegs, its relatively upgradeble apart from that excuse for a hop up it has but i couldnt justify spending 500+ on a pts because it looks and feels amazing, probaly it is a beautifull piece dont get me wrong but thats just my opinion and each to there own i guess.
