Importing Facebook contacts to Twitter, can it be done?

Seems like every email/socail network site allows sharing contacts, only not Facebook and Twitter. I've tried exporting my FB contacts to yahoo mail so I could then export from yahoo mail to twitter. I'm getting halfway there but it's not working, twitter just doesn't see the new contacts. Any ideas?
